Shop Policies & Guidelines

Garment Cleanliness: All garments must be freshly laundered before fitting or drop-off to preserve equipment and hygiene standards.

Bridal/ Formal Fittings: Clients must bring exact event shoes and foundation undergarments to every fitting. Alterations cannot progress without them.

Hardware & Zippers: Zipper prices cover technical labour only. Clients may supply their own zipper or one can be provided for an additional nominal fee.

Tax Disclaimer: All listed rates are local baseline estimates. Please confirm your final invoice breakdown regarding applicable 13% hst during your initial fitting.

-Standard Alterations: 2 Days Turnaround

-Complex Work (Suits, Heavy Lining, Re-shaping): 1 Week Turnaround

-Bridal Wear Fittings: Booking 4-6 Months in Advance Required
